How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your Voluntariness account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Account Deletion Steps

Login to Your Account

Sign in to your Voluntariness account using your email and password or OAuth provider.

Go to Settings

Navigate to the Settings page by clicking the "Settings" link in the navigation menu or sidebar.

Click "Delete User"

Scroll down to the "Account Management" section and click the "Delete User" or "Delete Account" button.

You will be asked to confirm this action. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your personal data, tasks, and points will be permanently deleted
  • If you are a member of a household, your activity history will be removed
  • If you are the sole owner of a household, the entire household and all its data will be deleted

Alternative: Export Your Data First

Before deleting your account, you may want to export your data. Under GDPR, you have the right to data portability.
